Your Personal Case Manager
You will receive a welcome call and a welcome letter from your Personal Case Manager as soon as your Debt Management Agreement (DMA) has been accepted. Once you are a client you can always contact us on 0845 36 26 131 and quote your DMA-id.
Our aim is to have a Personal Case Manager who will fully support you through your Debt Management Plan. They will personally handle all of your correspondence and correspondence from your creditors or their appointed collection agencies. When you call in you have the option to speak to your Personal Case Manager, if they are available, or any member of the Client Services team.
All of our clients receive a Client Survey Form 6 months after they have signed their Debt Management Agreement. Any comments you make on this form will be reviewed by the Client Services Manager and passed to your Personal Case Manager.
Should your circumstances change or you have received correspondence that you feel requires an urgent response then we recommend you call your Personal Case Manager at the earliest opportunity. If in doubt, tell us immediately and forward any correspondence to us and we will advise you what to do. Refer any telephone calls from creditors or their agents to your Personal Case Manager on 0845 36 26 131 and quote your DMA-id.
